Included in your service

  • Porch sills and lower clapboard checked where snow piles against them all winter
  • Soft sections cut back past the stain line until the blade meets sound wood
  • Replacement boards back-primed before they go up, so meltwater has no bare face to soak
  • Ice dam, downspout or splash-back that started the decay shown to you on site
Learn more→

Termite Damage Repair

Carpenter ants in damp framing, termites in some older homes: we rebuild what they hollowed out.

Included in your service

  • Wet framing under ice-dammed eaves and old porch roofs opened and traced
  • Hollowed studs, sills and subfloor swapped for sound kiln-dried lumber
  • The leak or condensation that drew the ants in found and dried out first
  • Bait or spray stays with your exterminator; the carpentry stays with us

  • Posts carried down to solid bearing on the basement slab or footing
